Welcome to LocalPull. By using our services—including website hosting, website maintenance, domain renewal, SSL security, and related services—you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

LocalPull provides a range of digital services, including but not limited to:
• Website hosting
• Website maintenance
• Domain registration and domain renewal
• SSL certificate management
• Technical support included as part of the monthly plan

These services are provided on a recurring monthly basis in exchange for the agreed-upon monthly payment.

2. Billing & Payments

Monthly service fees are due in advance on the date agreed upon during onboarding.

Accepted payment methods include:
• Credit/Debit card (if enabled)
• Check
• Zelle

Failure to submit payment may result in suspension of services, including hosting, updates, or domain-related services.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time with 30 days written notice for any reason.

All fees incurred up to the effective cancellation date remain the responsibility of the client.

4. Domain Ownership, Transfer, and Release

LocalPull may manage domain names on behalf of clients as part of the service package. The following terms apply:
1. The client understands and agrees that any domain name associated with their project will remain under LocalPull’s control until all outstanding payments—past and current—are paid in full.
2. If a client wishes to have their domain name transferred or released:
• The final month’s payment must be paid in advance
• Payment must be made by check or Zelle
• Upon receipt of that final payment, the domain will be released.
3. If past payments are still owed, LocalPull is not required to release the domain until all amounts due are fully satisfied.
